Restaurants Origin
Yan Yan Chinese Restaurant has been open for a least 11 years by different owner. The current owner has work in the restaurant business for a long time, either as a chef or manager. He use to run a restaurant named Crystal Bay Chinese Restaurant but he sold it to someone who wanted to start their own business. So do not worry about the chef or manager lack of experencess and have fun enjoying the food.
It is fun to add a secret flavor so that no one knows. But… it’s more fun to find it.
